hi i m 7 months pragnent when i started my weight was 57 whith i lost to 54 during 2 months of pragnancy start of month 3 i started gaining weight which is 60kg at the start of 7 month but now i m 57 again and contonusely loosing it i m worried doc adviced me to stop working and take a complete bed rest but i have to work at home as my 3 years old baby is very naughty.he was also very week at the time of birth he was 5 pouds only and remained in icu for 15 days but now i want a healthy baby plz plz plz plz someone advice me what to eat to gain weight?????????????

this is to be good when u go with ur doctor's advice, ask ur parents to help u, or call someone to help u, u must eat atleast 6 intervals a day, including soymilk, milk, cheese, fruits, cucumber, fruits like cherries and strwaberries, dont repeat the same for your second child, be careful, all the best

first, one day try drinking 3 litres of water in a day..if you dont feel bloated the next day, then make it a habit to drink that much water. it will cleanse your system and detoxify you and you will lose weight faster then.
