Hi, I keep giving my 7month old food every 2 hours - she starts with biscuit at 8 pm, then 10 pm she has suji halwa( 3- 4 spoons only). 1 pm she has cerelac, 4 pm she has khichari, 6 pm she has a biscuit again. 8 pm she has veg puree and rice and 10 pm breast milk. hope the space between each feed is right

Hi Sujata, I think because of summer even Arshiya has started taking less food. You can try giving her bland upma with just hing, haldi and salt or even try idlis. Arshiya likes to eat idlis. Ur daughter might like it too

Hi,Actually Arshiya takes just 3 to 4 spoon of everything I offer hence i keep giving her after 2 hrs. Only at night she eats well since she loves rice, ghee and salt.

Ya , i soak the biscuit in milk and give her that. What schedule do you follow ? Kindly let me know.

Yes, 2 hour gap is fine. And hope she has a bit of milk early morning either before or with the biscuit.

And I don' t see fruit anywhere on the menu. How about substituting biscuit in the evening with half a bowl of fruit with/without milk. You can give mashed banana / chickoo / strawberry / mango with milk or plain fruits like grapes, sweetlime, watermelon etc.
