Hi I am from december board If you dont like having milk try adding some protien supplement like Actibase which come in vanilla flavour may be you like tht test. Otherwise go for milk products like curd, youghurt, paneer etc. But please take that for the sake of your baby. You know i too dont like taking milk but now i am taking min twice a day. You can have a diet chart and follow that. Like take some milk and oatmil or daliya in morning then at 11 take some fruit again at 1 take you rmormal meal then at 3 or 4 take some sprouts or something rich in protien also healthy like panner then at 6 you can have a glass of milk and 8 again your dinner. At bed time you can have almond or walnuts 4 or 5 in number. IF you eat non veg you can have eggs at some point of time too

I' m from dec board. This is my 2nd baby also.Even i' m not feeling like having milk,so with my doc' s advice (bcoz of back pain also)i started taking calcium supplement which u can also do.U can also add some flavour to the milk n give a try.....prepare some desserts using milk.If not then have curd daily.
Abt food, eat every 2-3 hrs small meals a day, healthy food, avoid junk one.Have some fresh fruits n juices.Avoid papaya, mango n Pineapple,u can have them a lil' but not much.If u don' t feel like eating anythg ,go with fruits/juices which u like the most. Eat 4-5 almonds soaked in water daily, it' s good for the baby' s brain development.
Don' t stress out,not good for the baby.
take care.....
