Due Date Club January 2009:spotting what to do?

I had spotting in week 7 but when I went to my doc, she told me that I have a sensitive cervix and thankfully the baby was fine. Now I had spotting again in 13 week and called my doc and her nurse asked me if I felt I was fine. I did feel fine but am wondering why is this happening. This is my second baby and my first pregnancy was spotless..Does anyone here have similar problem? Please Help
