Diet tips(no mas chikitsa)

For all new moms,try this during your third month drink milk with medicated ghee(SOMGRATH-from Vyas pharma available in ayurvedic medical shops dealing with vyas products) morning and evening daily.With the medicated ghee also try ordinary ghee with milk it is good for the development of brain of the child. Few more tips will follow later
