Children may face some social issues as well, when they treat others badly. Aggressive behaviour in children may result in taking revenge and hitting others habitually. Every parent must know the causes of such acts and plan accordingly to get rid of it.

1. Bad Method of Parenting

Not involving in child’s problems, over-control of activities at home, bad supervision, quarrels between the family members and usage of colloquial language are some of the main causes of aggressive behaviour in children. Observing all these activities at home will be the origin for violent acts in every kid.

2. Influence of Social Factors

Though there are some reasons within a home, some of the social factors are also the reasons for violent behaviour in children. Unemployment of parents, marriage breakup, financial problems, poverty and poor educational system can create a bad mindset in children and lead to aggressiveness. If the surroundings and the society are filled with minor and major problems, it may affect the children and mean a lot.

3. Effects of Media

Media plays a major role in the development of violent behaviour in children and this is being discussed all over the world. There are many movies, dramas and programs on television and radios that includes violent and arrogant scenes. This kind of circumstances will motivate the children to follow a bad path and afford negative thoughts to hit, punch or attack others. Where place is not a matter, children go-ahead with their own thoughts and feelings. Allowing the kids to watch television for more than an hour or the whole day is a major cause for aggressive behaviour.

4. Inadequate Sleep

Children must sleep when their brain really needs sleep and should not control for any reason. Few parents are forcing their children to study and work hard for exams even if they are lacking sleep. Just by scoring and shining in academic field would not help the kids to grow strongly. If they do not get adequate sleep, various health problems may take place and that would turn into an aggressive behaviour. Not only for children but also for all the humans, good sleep is very essential. There are many health issues that arise if one is not getting adequate sleep. Especially for kids, parents must take more care in making them sleep on time by providing a peaceful environment and comfortable place to take a nap.

5. Improper Diet

When a child is not taking proper food on time, body becomes weak and finally that leads to worst behaviour. Due to hunger, children lose interest in studies, play and other important daily activities. Few children have snacks very often but still this situation may occur as they are not getting right nutrients only through snacks. Just by the in-take of something will not help the children get hold of the day. Proper nutritious food is the only way to overcome these issues. Junk food, snacks, packaged drinks are some of the unwanted eatables for children and will never fulfil their nutritional requirement. This is one of the causes of aggressive behaviour in children.
