If you are suffering from indigestion it is a normal thing that you are experiencing now. Your body may be quick to reject or accept a food. To ensure you digest foods well, make it a habit to eat slow, take well cooked food and avoid eating too much before going to bed. Experiencing contractions now is very normal. A tightening and cramping feeling is telling you that your body is preparing for labour. You may experience Braxton hick’s contractions which may disappear after eating or drinking something or changing your position. The real contractions associated with labour shall be more intense and continuous. You must get yourself educated about the different signs of real labour so that you can contact your doctor on observing such signs.
You may be feeling highly emotional now. On top of that you may also feel very tired. There is nothing to worry, as prenatal depressions are highly common. You need to realise if most of your fears are associated with labour and delivery. You are also anxious about the ways you should be taking care of your newborn.
