Parents of babies

Name: sad
Subject:  Breast Abscess

My wife delivered our 2nd child on 27 august. One of the greatest moment of our life. I was in Qatar she was in India, kerala. Hearing of delivery was a great moment of my life. Next day she left hospital due to normal delivery. After few days she went to hospital with baby due to jaundice. They kept baby in incubator for 3 days.
After reaching home she started to develop fever and shivering every night. She was admitted to emergency due to high fever and also she had skin allergy (redness) all her body. They gave her IV all night. Fever and pain subsided. Next day she discharged and went to cousin who practice in manglore (she told her that her breast is infected with redness and pus cells). She started oral antibiotic (Ampilox), painkiller and also expressed milk and pus using heat pad. She also continued breast feeding but due to pain infected breast could not be fed even baby rejects to suck it due to pus cells. I came immediately here due to her condition. Pain and redness increased. After 1 week doctor started to give her IV (Taxim), pain started to subside after 2 days and redness reduced on breast after 1 week of IV. On USG and size of abscess reduced. Also milk started to come from infected mild and started breastfed that side also. She returned home. But after 1 week fever started again and she tried to express milk but nothing come out. After 2-3 days she went to local hospital due to more redness and pain they recommended for incision of abscess with General anesthesia. At last we went for it and draining was done with small incision, Surgeon was surprised seeing size of abscess and due to her bearing of all this pain for about 1 month which can be drained it with simple method from beginning.
After 4 days we discharged from hospital and came to our house with a little relief. Dressing to be changed for 1 week. Baby is feeding only one breast after that. Pus cells culture also conducted and doctor given sporidex 750 for 5 days.
She never felt happy after 45 days of delivery seeing face of our baby boy give some relief but how all this pain she suffered without any reason?
I have seen after I came her every night she crying with pain on her infected breast. If we knew from beginning it could t drained out with needle. But nobody was there to advise us.
I expect any suggestion from all of you to prevent in future.
