2 tbsp Soya sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 cup of sliced carrots, spring onions, cabbage & french beans
2 red and green chillis and 4 pearls of garlic, ground to paste
1 spoon chilli powder
Salt to taste
3 tbslp oil

Cook the noodles in boiling water with a spoon of oil.

Wash the cooked noodles with cold water and drain it.

Separate the noodles by applying oil to fingers.

Keep aside. Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan. When oil starts to fume, add ground chilli garlic paste.

Once the chilli galric paste is fried add cut spring onion, carrot, cabbage and french beans, sprinkle a pinch of salt and stir fry at high heat for about 4 mins.

Now add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli powder, salt and cooked noodles. Stirfry for 2-3 mins and serve hot.

Comments:   Ingredients: 200 grams Noodles Oil to deep fry 23 Spring onions, sliced 12 cup Bean sprouts 12 cup cabbage finely chopped 14 cup carrot finely chopped 1 tbsp SIL Chilly Villy sauce 1 tbsp SIL Funmato Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp SIL Oh ya! Soya Sauce Spring onion greens, sliced for garnish Method: Boil noodles in six to eight cups of salted water to which one tablespoon of oil has been added and cook till almost done. Drain, refresh in cold water, drain again and spread on a large plate to cool. Heat sufficient oil in a wok and deepfry noodles till crisp and golden brown in colour. Drain and place on absorbent paper. When cool lightly crush the fried noodles and set aside. In a large bowl combine fried noodles, spring onions, carrots and Cabbage and toss to mix well. Add SIL Chillyvilly, Funmato and oh Ya, Soya sauces and toss the mixture again. Serve garnished with spring onion greens.
