There are couple of other procedures also which are carried out during birth and delivery which include breaking the water artificially as well as vacuum extraction and forceps delivery. However, lot of women undergo such procedures during birth and delivery so women should not get frightened of these procedures as all these procedures are normal procedures during childbirth and delivery.

Episiotomy is one of the procedures which is not required for all mothers during birth and delivery but doctors carry out this procedure for all mothers during birth and delivery in order to speed up the delivery procedure. Therefore, now in most of the hospital births episiotomy is unavoidable.

I agree with you mandira, Episiotomy is one of the common hospital procedures during birth and delivery. Although, it can be avoided doctors carry this process on all mothers in India. However, lot of mothers take measures in order to avoid episiotomy. However, episiotomy is not a big deal, all mothers go through it during childbirth and delivery.

Garima Tyagi excellent Gyna in Ghaziabad
My sister treatment was carried out by Doctor Graima Tyagi regarding pregnancy. I remember the day when my sister was admitted to hospital at time of 6 months due to premature labour pain. Dr. Garima Tyagi
We both are highly thankful to Dr. Garima Tyagi for her kind support, even not professionally but also emotionally. She cares my wife as her younger sister whenever required.

It is worth to mentioned that Dr. was in favor of Normal delivery even after we requested for OT. Therefore, it proves that she do not prefer Cesarian until unless it is required. Also, ... - Kumar [View Message]

Clarifications on Drs of Fortis
Hi,
When I wrote the above review, I had not realised that it would create some confusion. Would like to clarify that Dr Gayathri Kamath does attend patients on Sundays.

Since my delivery happened pre-term (about one month in adv. before the due date), Dr. Gayathri Kamath was not aware of this.

She was out of station on a planned leave, abo... - Kums [View Message]
