anybody having difficult with sleeping position? I am not showing big on my tummy, but it' s getting less and less comfortable to sleep on the side all night.
doctor suggested using a pregnancy pillow. anybody has any \" good\" experience with this pillow? I checked out the prices and they are quite expensive. I was wondering if it would be worth that price. I am not having back pain or leg cramps. Just a little less comfortable with sleeping position.

hey it' s same here ... sleeping is getting a bit uncomfortable... i try to use extra pilows around me... that is one i use to put in between my legs... one i use to support my back while i am on a side and another under my head and shoulder.... well it helps atleast to fall asleep... and then who knows/cares where the pillows went !:)

my opinion on any special preg pillow is not quite high... i myself will not go for it...but then it depends how comforatble one feels with it... it' s purely individual..

Hi Pooja,
thanks for writing. I also tried putting one pillow in between my legs and one on the back. But when I turn to the other side, I wake up suddenly and who wants to move those pillows over and over? My husband placed an online order for a real, long U-shaped pregnancy pillow which I hope would help a lot better. U-shaped pillow would be good on both sides of sleep position and long enough to keep between knees/legs and contour to accomodate the growing belly and support back as well. We expect to get it home delivered by next week. I will keep you posted of my experience.

every pregnancy is different so the latest you might start showing will be the 7th month.

you can attend college right till your 8th month but provided you don' t stress yourself out.
ie, eat every 2 hrs.
take your medicines and supplements
do not sit in one position for too long.
also if you are among 90% of pregnant... - sheetal [View Message]
