hi,

does anyone experience upper back pain and difficulty in sleeping due to positions..also while changing sleeping positions how do you go about it ie. from left to right, get up, sit and then turn to the right..

pls advise

hi if you have back pain, not much then it is ok it can be their for day , weeks or hours, if it is intense
then take rest lie down on your left side, and take rest .

My backpain is on the right side. I use a pillow below my tummy and lie on the left side.

hi everybdy n congrats to all who r going to be mums
what a gr8 experience this is na?
my mom advised me to keep a pillow below my back n dt helped. and my doc says that if u lie on sides then put a pillow inbetween ur legs that will help to ease up the strain.

Hi, It' s not possible to predict the exact date. After 36 weeks the baby may come any day so you have to be prepared. My first baby was born in 34 weeks only that too normal delivery. Don' t panic everything will be fine stay in touch with your doc regularly after 28 weeks.

Hi,
this is a good sign of an active baby. you should worry when u don' t feel movements or if the baby moves less than 10 times in 12 hrs. from now u should keep a track of the movements. More movements are good & enjoyable so enjoy the last trimester of your pregnancy.
