Subject:  I perform surya namaskar regularly
Getting into is really hard task. Once you become fat it becomes hard to lose weight. Last year I gained a lot of weight and I was worried. I was not feeling comfortable and confident. I used to feel envy to see others with perfect body, well kept postures, well maintained body. My friend suggested me to try doing Surya Namaskar to lose weight as well as to get into shape. I learned to do Surya Namaskar. After learning how to do Surya Namaskar, I started to perform surya namaskar regularly. Surya Namaskar is the way to worship the sun. I enjoy doing Surya Namaskar and also chant Surya Namaskar mantra while performing it.

I liked the articles. Yes it is true that we get many benefits with the practice of Surya Namaskar. I am practicing it since I was 20. Now I am a mother of two kids and I have started practicing it after my pregnancies. I feel fresh and energized after practicing Surya Namaskar early in the morning. I usually prefer to practice Surya Namaskar in open space. I practice in garden or on the terrace of out building. I am also planning to teach my children to do Surya Namaskar that will help them to feel fresh through out a day.

There are loads of the health benefits of Surya Namaskar. It is a great exercise for good health. I am practicing Surya Namaskar to maintain good body posture. Every day I do 12 steps of Surya Namaskar and I am also learning mantras related to this exercise. Practicing Surya Namaskar is easy and fun way to get good body. Regular practice of sun salutation is also useful to lose weight. Regular practice of Surya Namaskar helps to make you body which is very true. I would like to advice everyone who is reading my comment to practice Surya Namaskar.
