Feeding:Hetal,pls help diet plan 4 premature baby

Name: Rachana Hi hetal, I have heard so much about u. I had a premature baby boy.He was 1.3kg at birth.Now he is 7 months n weighs 5.8kgs. I give him Kheer made from rice+moong dal+ragi twice a day + 70 ml of cow' s milk (diluted) every 2 hours + mashed banana once a day. In between i give him bm(not much as i don' t produce much) n water as he demands. Is this sufficient or do I need 2 change this or add something. Please advise.

Whole milk for 9 mon. old instead of formula...

Somebody please help me. I started giving my children whole milk with vit. D since they were 9 months old, daily about 35 oz. and recently came to know that switch from formula to whole milk should be done only after baby is one year old.
I am very eager to know if i was doing anything wrong?
