hi ur mails r very interesting and encouraging for me to start solid...

my son is 97days old iam starting with musambi juice should i add hot water or should i heat musabi juice before giving or can i carry on... and also nestum rice i have started.. i give him daily 3spoons mixed with my mothers milk because he is lactose intolerance kid so i cannot add the usual milk.. and if i add water he does nto eat... he likes mothers milk so i add that... is this correct way what iam doing how much of musambi juice to be given for a 4thmonth starting kid do reply... thank you dear.....
