hi all..
its my 22nd week runnin. since d 1st day of
pregnancy, evn if i stand in kitchn for sm time, my legs start achin. i get so tired n exhausted.
ev1 said aft 3 months i' l b fine.
but its stil d same, n hv bachache also now.
i cant do anytg.
i was underweight wen i got pregnant, n now hv jus gained 3 kgs.
im so worried. here in japan drs. dont giv any suplement or any kinda meds.
m just takin folic acid..

pls sm1 suggest me smthin...

Am also hving same prblm,its my 39th week, then my Dr suggested to take vitamin E/magnesium/calcium.
Drink atleast two glass milk & eat one banana per day(magnesium)

But for me i hv vericose veins ,so it will increase when i stand long time in winter or in water.Am using leg stocking also.When u sit use any tables or pillows to relax ur legs,it will help ur blood circulations ! Always put ur legs up with pillows when u sleep !Good luck
