Lately I have been having some pelvic pain specially in the nite wen I am tryin to shift my sleeping position.... Infact it even hurts if i press at a particular place....

This is happening since a week.... earlier i thot it may b bcoz of the cough i hd may b the coughing caused some prssure in dat area & hence it mite b a muscle pain....

But now my cough has come down considerably but the pain still persists....

Is anybody going thru a similar pain??? & have you chkd wit ur doc.... I wud b visiting my doc next week but until plz help....

pelvic pain

hi, i' ve been having this pain since the 5th month and its really bad at night after a long day or when i' ve exerted a lot. doc said it was ok. i had to stop wvwning walks and yoga as it use to worsen it.....but it is muscular and normal...

Hey Thanx guys... I ws a lil worried but m relaxed nw....

Jus checkin... Betsy wat ointment can i use cuz i' ve heard some ointments r not gud to b used during pregnancy... plz suggest will a normal move do?

like i alwayz say its a part n parcel.... hv to go wit da flow, da end result wud b worth it... aint :) Jus a few more weeks.....

I have the same pain

hi breeze nice to see you here ... im lakshmi from newyork my due is on june 8th i too have this kind of pain for past one month i asked with my doctor but she said its very common . so dnt worry . be happy all the best for you .

hi breeze

pelvic pain is pretty common during last trimester as the ligaments and joints are becoming loose to prepare for delivery. basically ur baby is allready becoming a \" pain in the butt\" !! just kidding. apply a bit of pain relief balm to that area.dont massage vigorously or anything,just apply it.

I am from May Board.

Yes everyone gets this pelvic pains as body is expanding and preparing for future. Nothing can be done for this. These pains are there when you change sides in sleeping position or when you stand up.

So nothing to worry as this is body' s preparation mechanism for labour.
