Hi Kavita,
I don´ t think eating mangoes is harmful. I eat about 2 slices everyday and everything is just fine with me till date. Moreover, you are in the 7th month, so it is not going to be harmful at all. But make sure that you don´ t over eat them as it is a heat producing fruit.

Hey radhika,

my doctor has asked me not to eat dry fruits as it generate heat,, so its dengerous in early pregnanc.. once ur pregnency is stable. lets say from 5th month onwards u can eat as much as u want... but now if u want u can eat one or two piece of nuts and all.. be careful in early preg. even pickles is also avoidable as it contains til in it..dont eat two much of temering.. iof u r taking rasam.. them one time or two time in a day u can tak but in moderate quantity.

Thanks so much for sharing this information. I will definitely avoid nuts etc. Actually ever since I have had too many cashew nuts, my nausea has increased. I don´ t feel like having food at all. So for this reason, I have increased my intake of water.

Thanks for the info Simi. Any idea whether it is ok to have dry fruits? Actually these days I am having lots of roasted cashew nuts but now I am wondering whether they are safe or not as they also produce a lot of heat!

Though i' m not bale to eat everything due to my nausea i' m avoiding few food like papaya, pineapple, too much tamarind, too much tomotoes, kesar. Sometimes I do miss and my body will notify me with few symptoms after which I become cautious.

Take care
