hey most of us are first timers here going thro pregnancy symptoms and problems for the first time, is there any incident which you will never forget in ur life which shook you to the core and you were scared to death becoz of tht paticular thing.
I would like to share mine , my pregnancy was a planned one after trying normally without success for 6 mnths i felt i should consult a gynaec and thts wht we did when we went to a gynaec he said probably( as all my tests were normal )your ovulation timing and time of sex is not matching as my cycles were long 37 to 40 days, so we decided to go for ovulation study.WE did the ovulation study and we had timed intercourse on the day of ovulation ,i ovulated on 24 th day of my cycle as i have long cycles. The doc which i consulted was my family friend who stays in another town so when i discoverd tht i was pregnant in the same cycle he suggested to consult gynaec close to our house, so i did . tht gynaec later in 20 th week suggested to do a an anamoly scan which was normal also a routinely done tests called triple
test, i did and i got the report which said pl match ur dates to the report and consult ur gynaec , my reports were normal but my gynaec wanted statistical evaluation, so my reports were resent, my gynaec had mentioned tht there is known delay in comception of 10 days but while calculating they have a software which considers only 30 day cycle and i got a call saying tht may be the baby has some problem and i was shaken broken in tears , it just shook me, but my hubby was a pillar of strenght he said y dont you call the lab and ask them whether they have considered the 10 days delayed conception lag.
i did it and they said tht we have this 30 day software thing , so i called up a foetomedicine specialist asked him how should one calculate if there is a problem like this he said pl add 10 days to lmp. and take tht day as lmp and ask the lab to calculate,after all this i got the report which said everything was absolutely normal , just a calculating mistake,This incident has shaken me very badly i couldnt sleep for few days after this thing happend . I' ve had a horrible experience in my 4th month wen suddenly 1 nite i started bleeding heavily.....
D thot of loosing my baby almost killed me.... Its been d most horrible experience during my pregnancy n wish nobody has to go thru it.....
U jus start building up so many dreams wit ur baby already dat even d thot is killing....
But Alhamdulillah i m fine now n so is mah baby.... i' ve put dat behind me now..... n i know only god helped me get thru this ordeal n d support from my luved ones....
M looking forward to holding my baby in my arms now n prayin for d best... Inshallah...

Saba betsy replied. hi , i have been through a miscarriage before which was a very painful experience, physically and mentally. i got through that only by the grace of Jesus allmighty.dont worry ,be happy and always remember that God is in control of everything. worrying can never help u,so forget about it and look forward to being a mama soon.
