Lucky you to have sambar everyday, I am really fond of sambar but cannot make it so often. And after reading all the comments on seafood I am tempted to have prawns so might make it this weekend:)

Hi Sangeeta....

M not quite sure about eating crabs.... but prawns is fine as long as ur eating in moderation.... like once or max twice in a week..... Its my fav too :) but i can savour it only once in 15 days wen i visit moms place.... :(

As far as brinjal is concernd no harm to d baby but it increases leg cramps for u.... jus eat in moderation..... n if u feel d cramps increasin cut it down....

well m eating all of them... i asked my doc n she said tht i shd avoid raw fish bsds tht any type of sea food which is cooked completely is ok :):). well u can ask ur doc if tht makes u more comfortable:)

since i´ m advised bed rest i cannot cook and there´ s no one with me.. so me n hubby r manging with Dabba system food.. here in chennai they daily give Sambar.. she´ s putting brinjal in it.. i was bit skeptical about it but now relaxed..
