Stories & Legends:Learning with Stories and Rhymes
2010-05-24
Name: Pooja Ram

I have always wanted to teach my children different cultures and give them a holistic perspective on learning. I found this great youtube channel, which let´ s me not only teach them nursery rhymes but also the Panchatantra tales, Karadi tales etc. I´ ve also had many nostalgic moments with the kannada and hindi rhymes. I hope you like this.
Thanks!
Pooja

It is strange to see that the present generation has no idea about the stories that their parents know or the stories that their parents use to read from their religion magazines. To change that, parents will have to take a measure about it.

India has a mix culture and english has become a major part of your lives and education but one must always keep their kids in touch with their own culture too. What is you are doing is very nice and the right thing to do.
