Hey just stop it.

My obgyn when I visited first had told me completely stop including pickles and papad in my diet as it has high oil and salt and it will cause high BP which will affect the child.

Normally these things dont show now or early but would crop in the 7th and 8th month and then nothing can be done about it. So avoid. Ofcourse its best to ask your doc, but I feel, just stop eating untill u ask your doc.

lotsa love and belly rubs

Hi dear. The main reason why doctors advise pregnant women to avoid Chinese food is the use of ajinomoto in it which is not good for the baby. But you can always cook at home Chinese style but try and avoid the Chinese sauces.Instead make a simple stir fry with all the julienne cut veggies or prawns or chicken alongwith bell peppers or fish.Don' t use sauces, instead use plai... - Manali [View Message]
