Just few more weeks for our due date. started thinking about packing your hospital bag..any tips?? useful thoughts??

Congrats to all on making it this far in your pregnancy. I have frankly not thought about hospital bags...But your lists and suggestions are good...I just have some old baby clothes and diaper bag...

This is editable and has good options, have made a list for us from here. Have a fun time ahead guys.... you will never get this time back..

I will be pakcing my hospital bag sometime this week. This is what I' m planning to pack.
For Myself
1) Pillow
2) Nursing Bra
3) Breast Pad
4) Breast Pump
5) Nursing Pillow
6) Night Gown
7) Slippers
8) Socks
9) Going home outfit
10) Toileteries
11) Sanitary Pads(it will provided but if you are comfortable using your own you can take that)
12) Chapstick(your lips dry up while you are in labor)
13) iPod (in case if it is a long
labor)

For Baby
Since it is winter baby needs warm clothing.
1) Cap & mittens
2) Going home outfit(for hospital stay they will give unless you want your own you can take them)
3) Infant Car Seat
4) Booties/Socks
5) Receiving blankets.
6) Overalls for baby.
7) Any feeding related equipments( Here hospital provides all that)

General:
1) Camera and camcorder(fully charged)
2) Address book (to make phone calls to freinds and relatives)
3) Cell phone

Let me know if I' ve missed any?
