My biggest fear is of losing the baby or miscarriage. I do not know how this fear started but it may be because of the recent case with my friend. I am in constant fear and this does not let me enjoy my pregnancy. what should I do?

Fears of pregnancy loss are definitely common especially one who has a history. Most miscarriages happen within the first trimester but after twelve weeks, the risk is dramatically reduced. So keep away the fears and enjoy your pregnancy period.

I know it is very difficult for you to get over the miscarriage incident with your friend. It is very hard to get over the fears of losing baby. But you have to take a stand. it’s important not to let fears rule your thoughts.
