HI Poonam,

Good to hear that you are okay. Well, my mom has been feeding me with ghee & yoghurt of creamy milk from 5th month onwards. You see i had lots of nausea and indigestion problem till 4th month. Doc was a little worried as i was losing weight.
If you like that taste of ghee in your food go ahead and take it. Yes, i have heard a lot from my inlaws and parents about a lot of things. In end you decide whether you want to follow their advice or not.
When are you due?
Take care...bye
