Due Date Club January 2009:Ultrasound

Hi All,
I had an ultrasound yesterday. They asked me to empty the bladder before the ultrasound and they showed us the baby heart beat. It was amazing experience to see that tiny heart moving. they measured the baby and said it is 9.4mm now and I' m 7 weeks 2 days.
For my first one I never had an ultrasond till 18 weeks and we were able to hear the baby' s heart beat. So this time it was new experience watching it.
Please let me know how you felt if you have undergone an ultrasound.
I was little worried about the spotting I had ealier and now the nurse said that I' m 95 safe after hearing the baby' s heart beat.
Cheers
