hi dear, i am a little worried/anxious..... my ultrasound says 4 weeks 5 days ( done on 25th june) but i was suppose to be 7 weeks 2 days by then... can some one help me understand this .... explain.... please... yesterday my gynae just said that i should go for another scan after 2 weeks... but i am just wondering...
my periods cycle was on avg of 36days could it be because of that?

same is with me, my ultra sound date also does not match with LMP by 2 weeks, but this could be due to late ovulation, as in my case I am sure of my ovulation date which is late.
But my doc is taking extra care, she has also prescribed me triple marker test to be sure of baby growth.
Hope this helps Riddhi replied. Hi Poo.. Same happened with me in my last pregnancy (Dec 2007). That time as per doctor there were two possibilities -
1. I ovulated late because of which it was showing baby as 4 weeks 3 days even though I was in 7 weeks 4 days
2. OR baby development stopped.
Doctor advised me to repeat scan after 2 weeks… after my 2ns scan we got to know within 2 weeks baby’s development was just 2 days… So as per doctors advised we terminated that Pregnancy… Right now I am carrying and in my 10th week.
I know you must be worried. However, my Advice is not to worry too much and get stressed better try to keep you self balanced. What every will happen it will happened for you good. Think +ve. All the Best I will pray for you and your baby.
