Take up a sport as it releases happy hormones or talk to a close relative or friend. Yes sport can be anything that you enjoy deeply. I usually play table tennis and I find it amazing. I also find it effective to release tension. Talking to friends and relatives help to. Just dial the number of your best buddy and tell him or her how you are feeling. Tell your complaints, sorrows, disappointments and listen to what your friend tells you. Believe me you will feel much better within a few minutes.

Subject:  stop studying
If you are experiencing tension while studying and you are finding it difficult to concentrate then stop studying and take some time off. It seems like you are wasting time not studying but it really refreshes your brain and will make your studying more productive. Also the class with the teacher with cancer will be graded in an understanding way. If you have gone to class and taken notes then you will be fine. That is the way that undergraduate degree programs work. I promise you will be fine. I do this and I hope it will help others too.

Subject:  do meditation
I know this sounds silly but meditations. It really works. And if you don' t want to try that, then I recommend trying to just sit in a peaceful and no hectic room in your home and just trying to think about anything that does not stress you out. And whenever you get really anxious or something at work you need to find ways to counteract that by thinking of something else. Just try and have positive thoughts. Taking baths too really helps. I' d take a nice warm bath and listen to some really nice chill music. I love to hear gazals or romantic songs while having my bubble bath amongst the scented candles and dim lights.
