my baby is 2 moth old.iam giving only breast milk to the baby.now i join the bank again.idid not givee baby anything only bm.
now i dont want want to give outside mil or formula milk or bootel milk.can i use breast pump.
i was very confuse .pls give advise. Swapna replied. I have pumped for 6 weeks and it was way easier than nursing. the only part is cleaning it which can be tedious and time consuming. You have no pain or discomfort while pumping. Buying a good electric double pump is a good investment.

Eventhough formula does have all vita' s it cannot be the exact alternate for your breast milk...
So try to choose the good breast pump and feed your baby.

your can BF your baby in morning n evening n while u r away to work formula will be great as she will get all required vitas. and minerals n the sooner u start she will get use to it. Trust me love it will be usefull to u also if u r tried someone else can feed her etc. n one thing i will mention here as u r away from the baby in daytime n your baby is not on your breast that can make the production of milk less, n touchwood your baby is growing everyday n need more milk in coming months then wot she take now.n FM will be a great help trust me. Breast Pump cannot be used that effectively.. it is quite difficult. You can try it for few days. Formula milk (Lactogen/Naan1) is a better alternative nutritionally compared to cow' s milk for at least 1 year.
