Subject:  Walking is best



I think walking is the best form of exercise. The benefits are amazing, you don' t need any special equipment and best of all, it' s free. Going to the gym should be an optional activity.

This article could not have come at a better time. I' ve been meaning to start exercising but I always keep putting it off. Reading this article has given me an incentive to do at least something.

I do not need to go to the gym for a workout. Running after my two year old the entire day is all the exercise I need.
