Can we save water during Holi? Do you save water on a daily basis? Do you think we are being insensitive by wasting water when many around the world fight for some fresh water to drink?

I have one more idea. Play holi in your garden. We can play a little bit just with plain water and also with a limited amount of water. So there will be no worrying about chemicals or cleaning. The water will seep in the earth and there will be no pollution too.

We can“ t even do without water for a day. It is very difficult to be living without it. We don“ t think much since we have water today. And holi is a time when we really go overboard. Imagine of everyone thought of saving water, it would be such a blessing to the environment. I think playing with water guns and balloons really wastes water.

Yes I think we end up using a lot of water while playing holi and do not even realize it. We must start thinking up of alternatives. I remember the last year the tank in my house was empty by the end of the day. I will surely see that we mark the amount we will use to play.
