Name: terry dikran I have oily skin with alot of acne & black head, also i have some dark ares in my face & under my eyes, how can i heal it & how to wear a foundation to cover it & is it good to wear a base before the foundation?

In case you are in US, I have found a complete acne care product called proactive. It is pretty good. Maybe you can try using it.

solution

To alieviate your acne and blackheads, use a medicated face cleanser with salicylic acid. For black heads use a nose pore strip which will take out the blackheads with an adhesive. For dark skin under your eyes use a concealer that matches your skin tone. For your face use either base or foundation, they are pretty much the same thing.
