hello there,
You can start giving cerelac to ur baby...start with rice cerelac...intially give him 1 spoon in the morning...say at 11 o' clock..after 15 days give him 2 times slowly increase the content and consistency...u can give him banana..litle by litle...carrot juice, raagi...slowly as her months grows on...but in btwn u have to give him milk say for 2-3 hrs...change the cerelac for every 2 months..after sometime u can switch to rice vegetables...babies feel bored of having the same everytime...u can make sujji kheer and give him...u can give him vegetable soups, rice porridges...but remember to go slowly....dont try everything in one day.....try one kind of food for one day watch it for 2-3 days for his reaction and then proceed....feed him 2-4 spoons of water in btwn giving food...as it would help in proper digestion and also passing his stools...hope this helps...gud luck
