If you squeeze a little bit of lemon juice and muddle some cucumber and mint leaves, it will not only add taste to your drink, but also become a great metabolic booster.

3. Bath

Bathing is the most important part of keeping your beauty maintained. During your morning shower it is important to exfoliate dead cells on your skin. Make sure you keep your shower not too hot because it will steal away oil from your skin. Apply your favourite lotion all over the body after pat drying it with a soft towel. Avocado oil is a natural moisturizer and contains vitamins A and E. It is effective on boosting collagen and helps reduce age spots too.

4. Eat Healthy

The food you take in also has a great impact on your beauty. So, try to have as much fibre as possible through your diet. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Find ways to satisfy your cravings without compromising with healthy eating.

5. Sleep

Along with good food and cleansing your body, you need at least 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep to maintain your beauty.

6. Take Care of Your Hair

Wash your hair regularly with warm water and not hot. Style your hair according to your comfort and protect it from environmental hazards. Use quality shampoo and conditioner and keep your hair brushed.

7. Maintain Good Dental Hygiene

Brush your teeth twice daily and consider using mouth wash for fresh breath and clean mouth.

One of the most obvious beauty tips is to maintain a beautiful attitude naturally. Smile and counting your blessings will help you do that naturally. Stand tall and maintain your posture while sitting and standing. Be confident and seek to be happy with what you are.

9. Pay Attention to What You Wear

Wear clothes that make you feel good and the ones that define your features. Avoid wearing clothes that do not compliment your figure.

10. Makeup

Although it appears taking help of unnatural products, it is a part of beauty tips. To get a health glow on your skin apply glow products on your cheek, your hairline, bridge of your nose and chin. Avoid heavy makeup under any circumstances. Wash your face and remove makeup before going to bed.
