Men and women have always wanted to get fair skin. Nowadays, the skin gets dark also because of more exposure to sun and pollution. It has been observed that many people who have to stay outdoors for long get dark skin on hands and face and the place that is not covered with clothes.
There are many reasons why the skin does not show its natural fairness. If you are able to find out the reason, it will be easy for you to follow the tips as they differ from reason to reason. There are four steps to get your fairness back.

Basic Steps for Fairness

Here are some basic steps to keep your skin fair and glowing.

  1. Exfoliate your Skin

    2. - It is good to prepare a homemade skin peal for exfoliation as this will have no side effects and will work well on your skin. This will help you get rid of dead skin and promote new cells to develop. Give an interval of at least three days after doing the peal therapy. Use cold creams and avoid giving your skin sun exposure during this period.

  2. Use natural Scrub

    3. - This will remove all dead cells. However, there is no need to be harsh with the scrub. Make use of the scrub gently. You can use moisturiser after this. Give a break of three days or you can wait for a week also.

  3. Skin Whitening

    4. - Now it is the time to use skin whitening and here too you should prefer natural skin whitening. This will rejuvenate your skin and help you get a fair complexion as well. Wait for one day and then proceed with step four.

  4. Tightening of Skin

    5. - This is usually done in the evening and you can put the natural skin tightening solution for one hour. Remove the pack and apply cold cream and just go to sleep. Next morning wash your face with cold water.
If you use these four steps of skin whitening measure and make use of natural face packs, you will definitely see positive results and get back your fairness as well.

Natural Remedies and Tips for Fair Skin

Natural remedies can work wonders with your skin to make it fair and glowing. Have a quick look at these natural remedies for fair skin.
  • Grind almonds into a fine paste and mix it with rose water. Regular application will bring a natural fairness.
  • Cut a tomato and rub it gently on your face and affected parts. Wash it off after 15 minutes. You can see the difference in few days.
  • Soak potatoes for 10 minutes in cold water. Rub this on face, neck and hands. Wash off after 15 minutes. Using this method regularly, you will find difference in few days.
  • Soak four almonds at night. Remove the skin and grind them. Mix gram flour, one tea spoon of milk and few drops of lime juice. Massage your face with this regularly and you will find the difference in few days.
  • Grape juice brings remarkable difference and you can get your fairness back if you apply grape juice or grape seeds regularly.
  • Make a paste of cucumber with coconut water and apply it on your face, neck and hands. This will also help bring back the glow on your face.
  • Applying turmeric powder and sandalwood paste regularly and see the difference.
Nature has lot to give and these natural and handy tips will help you get your complexion back. The best part is that you will get everything in your kitchen and you will also be saved from any kind of chemical that is added to beauty products these days.
