| INGREDIENTS | Drumstick Leaves,Fried channa Dal,Urud Dal,Red Chilly,Jeera,Curry Leaves,Grated Coconut,Salt & Oil,Mustard seeds. | METHOD | 1. Clean the drumstick leaves
Keep it aside.
2. Heat the oil,Add Fried
Channa Dal,Urud Dal,Red
Chilly,Fry it until it
turns golden brown colour.
Then add drumstick leaves
let it fry for few minutes.
3. Allow it to cool.Grind all
the fried items with
grated coconut & salt
Keep the paste in
separate bowl.
4. Finally,heat the oil, add
mustard seeds,jeera &
curry leaves.Mix this with
the paste.
5. U can eat this with
rice or chappathi.
