  INGREDIENTS
Buttermilk(pulipu)
fry in oil
Toordal 1tsp
channadal 1tsp
uraddal 1/2tsp
red chillies 3 or 4
also add seeragam,curry leaves,perungayam, coconut,green chillies with out frying.
gind all in to paste.

  METHOD
take buttermilk in a vessel add salt and the paste to it.
keep in medium flame. the buttermilk should not boil. when you get foam remove from fire.
