| INGREDIENTS | 2(disposable glass)full cream milk powder
1/2(disposable glass) Semolina
1 tblsp ghee
1 tsp baking powder
milk for kneading
Oil for deep frying
2(disposable glass) Sugar
1(disposable glass) water | METHOD | Mix milk powder, semolina,ghee,baking powder in a vessel n knead it with milk,the dough should be such that the vessel in which you are kneading should be totally clean.
Make small balls(because upon frying the balls will be a little big) from all of the dough.
Heat oil in a pan, make sure that it is not heated up,just normal, fry the balls by constantly stirring them till brown. Keep aside.
Take the sugar in another pan n add water n bring it to boil, make a syrup of it (so called 1 tar ki chashni).
Add the fried Gulabjanums to it while the syrup is hot. Keep it aside for an hour so that the syrup is absorbed till inside of the gulabjanums.
Serve hot. |
