DONDAKAYA PACHADI Recipe

 20---25 min  5 people

  INGREDIENTS
Fresh dondakaya - 250 gm,
Garlic - 4 pieces,
green chillies - 6,
imli - lemon sized

  METHOD
Cut dondakaya intp small pieces(easy to fry)

Put oil in one pan, after heating fry green chillies and add dondakaya let it fry completely. after switching off the stove place imli in the pan and cover it with the fried dondakaya.
leave it for 5 min.
take one jar put some jeera,salt, garlic and all the ingredients in the pan to the jar and grind it properly.
Grind it properly. Dont add water. it will stay for more thyan a week if we dont add water
