Name: Karuna Country: India Comment: In Indian we start making children believe in superstitions right from the time they are born. In the beginning we do all the ceremonies like naming the baby based on the zodiac signs, putting black tika on forehead to protect child from evil eye, do ear piercing etc. Name: Prerna Country: India Comment: Yes we do make our children follow some superstitions or the other. Every parent does that. We don’t do it intentionally but this happens unintentionally. Name: Aradhana Country: India Comment: We are Indians and some superstition is involved in every that we do. Although we are modern, we do follow some superstitions. When my child goes for exams I do give him dahi shakkar so that he is able to answer all the questions well.
