My kid is very very naughty and I have to yell at my child all the time to control him. Sometimes I also have to him when he does not listen. I know It is not good parenting but I don’t know how to stop myself doing all this.

Sometimes when things go out of control I yell at my child. He is 4.5 years old and he does not like studying. Whenever I ask him to study he makes sad face and starts crying. He purposely looks here and there when I ask to pay attention while studying so I cannot control my anger and yell at my child.
