Adoption is not easy in India therefore I feel that it is best to go for assisted reproduction techniques. And it is not necessary that everybody has to cope with failed IVFs.

With yoga and healthy diet I managed to conceive naturally. I tried to follow a healthy lifestyle for 6 months and it helped me conceive. However, it may not help everybody but still I feel that natural treatments are the best.

I feel adoption is the best options. I tried two IVFs and both failed. Now I don’t want to go for assisted reproductive techniques and we have decided to adopted an older child (Since it is not very easy in India to adopt a baby)
