Their are chances of getting infections and many more illness. When the child's immune system will be strong enough to bear the conditions, you can travel anywhere you like. Name: Meeta Country: India Comment: I took my baby to my husband’s native place when he was 2months old by rail. Everything was ok, but I was feeling uncomfortable to breastfeed him in public. Otherwise it was fine. Name: Ayesha Country: India Comment: Your baby should be at least two months old if you are planning to travel with him. Don’t take your baby on a long-distance journey. It is preferable to take your baby on short journeys. Also it is advisable to consult a doctor. Name: Vidusha Country: India Comment: It is safe as long as you have taken all the safety precautions while travelling with a newborn. Meeting your paediatrician before travelling with a newborn is a must.
