In fact breastfeeding mothers should not ever eat spicy food as baby can suffer because of that. If mothers want to have alcohol they have to stop breastfeeding their babies. Baby's digestive system is very delicate and whatever mother eats goes directly to the baby through breastmilk. Therefore breastfeeding mothers should have good diet.
