Name: Pari Country: India Comment: I m not sure if I will allow my daughter to be a part of Navratri this year. Dandiya time is a time of eve teasing and misbehaving with girls and the teasers get away in the crowd. Last year I did not have a pleasant experience so this year am quite skeptical about letting my daughter go. Name: Nancy Country: U.S.A. Comment: Hi, I have been to India twice but have never been here during Navratri. I want my daughter to be a part of this celebration. It is a colourful and vibrant festival and heard a lot about it from my friends here so this year I am going to be a part of this festival and also let my daughter participate in the dance. Name: sumedha Country: India Comment: yes i would very much like my child to take part in navratri celebrations. it will be a learning and fun experience for him. He would love the musics and learn about the significance of this festival. it will also help him to make more friends. ![]() INDIAPARENTING IN THE NEWS HOME | Comments or Suggestions | Resources | RSS Site Map | Contact Us | Advertise with Us All Rights Reserved Worldwide.
