Name: Geetha Country: India Comment: I agree with Mahesh. It is not safe at all to go out with kids on a New Year’s Eve night. Therefore we decided to have a family get together. We invited my in-laws and my parents to stay with us for celebrating New Year. And believe me it was the best New Year celebration ever. Name: Mahesh Country: India Comment: I wanted to welcome the New Year with my kids but my kids went off to sleep early. But I made it a point that I am available at home with my wife and kids on New Year’s Eve. We did not go out because it is not safe these days to go out with wife and kids at night on New Year’s Eve. Name: Alisha Country: India Comment: Yes we always celebrate New Year with our kids. On every New Year’s Eve, we go out for a dinner and cut a cake at midnight. My kids get very excited for cutting a New Year cake. We reserve this time especially for children as nobody else is special for us other than children for celebrating a New Year.
