If travel is unavoidable than consulting a doctor is a must before travelling with a baby. Summer time is not a safe time to travel with a baby as it is really hot outside. Baby may suffer with illness due to hot climate. However, if proper arrangement is made for travelling with a baby and right precautions are taken, travelling with a baby can be safe during summers.

I prefer being at home with a baby rather than taking him on tour in hot environments. Summers are a really difficult time. It is quite difficult to travel with a baby and at the same time baby may suffer with health issues due to change in environment. Therefore, it is better to travel with a baby once he or she is a year old.

It is safe to travel with a baby. However, avoid travelling with a baby and especially with a newborn to hot travel destinations. If your baby is eight to nine months old then you do not need to worry. It is quite difficult to travel with a baby, especially if you have to do any sightseeing carrying your baby with you is very difficult.
