Dieting is good but it is should not lead to starvation. You should prefer such diet through which you receive all the nutrients required by the body. Exercise is a must to stay healthy and fir. Going on a crash diet can also lead to problem like hair fall, dull skin etc. Therefore, it is necessary to make sure that body receives all the essential nutrient even if you are going on a diet for weight loss.

Dieting is not good for heath as it will make you weak and dull. Due to dieting, body does not receive all the nutrition and therefore it leads to starvation. If you want to make changes in your diet, you should make healthy changes and focus on having a balanced and healthy diet. Avoid junk food, drink plenty of water and exercise regularly so that you may not need to go on diet.

I think as compared to dieting, exercising is a better option. Everybody should prefer a exercising over dieting. Dieting is not a good option because it can harm your body. Exercise helps to tone your body and makes you strong and fit whereas, dieting makes you weak. Therefore, it is better to prefer exercising over dieting.
