Yelling on children will not solve the problem at all. What he has done what all activities are completed. It is the duty of both the parents. If the parents of child are very hard working even child may become hard working. Children follow whatever their parents do and as such parents should keep themselves motivated so that children get motivated automatically. But parents should make sure that they reward their child whenever he does well in studies.
