So, no matter what good we do, she can never accept daughter in law as her daughter unless she is braod minded and active in some job that getting her name n fame n keeping her busy or may be she was tredted as loving as she does by her mother in law. Name: Shayana Country: Russian Comment: No, I do not agree with this statement. My mother-in-law always treats me like her enemy. She is never good to me. She always says bad things about me to our neighbours and my husband. She only tries to be good to me if she wants to get some work done from me. Also she tries to be good to me in front of my parents to show that she a very good mother-in-law. It was a very hard time for me to stay with her. She is also responsible for the number of fights between me and my husband. How can such person be my treat me like her friend. I think my mother would not be able to stay even for a moment without seeing my wife. She is really a very sweet mother and the best mother-in-law. She takes all the household decisions after consulting my wife. She thinks that my wife is a knowledgeable person so it is better to consult her before taking any major decision. She always thanks God for giving her such a lovely daughter-in-law. She always takes her out for shopping clothes and other household thing. They have an amazing relationship. Name: Priti Country: India Comment: Yes, of course they can be friends. It is not necessary that mother-in-law and daughter-in-law always fight. My mother-in-law treats me very nicely. I think after I got married I spend most of the time with her. This is because my husband works whole day and cones very late at night. She helps me in my house hold work. I always tell her to take rest and but she always wants to help me. She is very energetic at this age also and always like to keep her self busy in some work or the other. I appreciate the way she has maintained her health and I also want to be like her in my old age.
